Freedom Age (getfreedomage.com) is operated by NAVARO Pte Ltd, 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. These terms cover the free page, the guides, the Freedom Plan, a plan shared with you at a private link, and the consultation.
A guide, not advice
Every figure here is computed by NAVARO's own analytics from the figures you give us and from recorded transactions, not by a licensed valuer, a bank or a financial adviser. Before you decide, check it with the bank you are borrowing from, a licensed appraiser, and HDB, CPF and IRAS. What is free
Your Freedom Age, the moves that bring it forward, the month and the outlook are free and stay free. You do not need an account to see them.
What you can buy
- The Freedom Plan, S$199, one-time. Planning the button year on your numbers (the future price of what you hold, the sale workings, the four buckets, the dividend and rental lines), every other progression path priced with Re-map, re-runs on changed figures for 30 days from payment, and your plan printable to A4 or PDF. After the 30 days the plan stays on the figures you bought it with.
- The Freedom Plan with a consultation, S$449, one-time. The Freedom Plan, and a 45-minute session with a registered property salesperson we refer you to, booked after payment. How the salesperson and NAVARO are paid is set out in the disclaimer.
Nothing renews by itself. Every plan is analytics computed from the figures and rules on that day, not advice, and the same terms apply to each.
Payments and refunds
Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your card details. All sales are final and there are no refunds. The plan unlocks the moment payment is confirmed. If it does not open for you, we are told automatically: we make your plan and email it to you within one working day. You can also write to hello@getfreedomage.com.
A plan shared with you
An adviser may send you a plan at a private link. It is read-only, it is not listed in search engines, and it shows the figures as they were on the day it was made. A link can be withdrawn, after which it no longer opens.
Privacy
What we collect at each step, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it and how to reach us is set out in the privacy policy. In short: the free page does not ask for your email, we do not sell your details or use advertising cookies, and you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
